BRODEC is the network’s analog codec deck. Hand-assigned frequencies in the 140 band. Operators who brief you over old radio because the old bands carry things the clean networks filter out as noise. Where the signal comes from — the future, the past, something else entirely — is the question the network was founded on.
Nothing speculative exists on Earth except the signal.
